Starry Night Over Corner Brook

I took this image on Friday, March 23, at 8:59 pm.  It shows the Humbermouth and Brakes Cove areas of Corner Brook, along with the glow of lights from Murphy's Square.  Notice the ice in the foreground?  With the rising tide and freezing temperatures the ice never ceased cracking all evening! 

Thankfully the moon has been out of sight during the evenings as of late and makes photographing the night sky much easier!  

This image was taken with the Fujifilm X-T2 with the XF10-24mm f4 lens.
